By creating an account, accessing courses, or otherwise using the Ingata E-learning platform (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the platform.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately at support@ingata.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Share, redistribute, or resell course content without explicit written permission.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the platform.
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any organization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to courses, videos, quizzes, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ingata E-learning or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view course content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

• Course prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy. Generally, refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been consumed.
• Certificates of completion are issued upon successfully fulfilling all course requirements.

Instructors who publish courses on our platform retain ownership of their original content but grant Ingata E-learning a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content through the Service. Instructors are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their course materials.

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and deliver relevant content. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ingata E-learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
