Browse or search for a course, open the course page, and click 'Enroll'. Free courses are instant. For paid courses you will be taken through a simple checkout flow. Once enrolled, the course appears in your Student Dashboard under 'My Courses'.

Yes. All courses on Ingata are self-paced. You can pause, rewind, and resume lessons whenever you like. Your progress is saved automatically, so you can pick up right where you left off from any device.

Once you have completed all lessons and any required assessments, your certificate is generated automatically. You can download it as a PDF from your Student Dashboard under 'Certificates', or share a verification link with employers.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), and bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely.

Yes. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. Contact our support team via the form below to start the process.
